Steps for Help with DNA

In order to help you with your DNA matches I will need two items:

1: For you to share your DNA matches with me. These work as of May 2026.

(a) click on DNA from the top page
(b) click on Invite
(c) click on Invite, again
(d) enter my email address (satwatcher.gen@gmail.com) and select the role; I suggest Collaborator or Viewer.

(e) click on Invite one more time. This will send an invitation to me to view your DNA matches.

2: Send what you know of your family tree.

At a minimum, if possible, include the names, birth dates and location, death dates and locations of your grandparents, if you know them.
You can also send a family tree file (known as a GEDCOM) if you have one.
You can send your Ancestry tree if you wish, by selecting the tree and clicking invite:
